Through the years 1959-1963 Rex White won more Nascar races than any other driver.  
Louie Clements, my dad, was car owner and crew chief for Rex and this is a reproduction
of the 1961 Chevy 409 campaigned during the 1961 season.  Together Rex and Louie won
